【生醫】(回顧文)電紡絲用在傷口癒合的應用

傷口癒合是一個複雜的組織再生過程,促進新的增長組織為身體提供來自外部環境的必要屏障。

在所有可用的現有技術中,靜電紡絲纖維可能具有幾個特徵為傷口提供新穎的替換敷料材料。

因此,在這介紹了靜電紡絲藥物洗脫纖維在傷口癒合方面的最新應用。特別是藥物釋放,

包括小分子藥物,蛋白質和藥物肽和來自電紡纖維的基因載體關於傷口癒合。
