【製程】多噴嘴靜電紡絲

為了生產高密度奈米纖維，使用了多噴孔管嘴靜電紡絲（TNE）機構，在塑料管的側壁上的微噴嘴陣列即是噴絲頭。
通過增加噴嘴的密度，相鄰噴嘴的電場限制電紡絲錐體，並提供更高密度的納米纖維。
TNE可擴展到大量噴嘴，並提供高產量生產。
